We don't deliver to the following places in Cyprus:

- Troodos Mountains area
- Paphos area
- North Cyprus

Next day delivery
We can deliver the next day only when you place your order before 12PM. 
Order placed after 12PM will be delivered the day after.
Of course you can always contact us and see if we can make an exception or we have a time slot left for next day delivery in case you place your order after 12PM.

VIP Delivery

VIP Delivery is our top of the notch delivery service where you can expect personal delivery and streaming service of the recipient receiving the package.

When you buy a gift for somebody you need to wait until this person calls you after receiving the gift and you totally miss the excitement and surprising face when somebody receives a present. We will bring this feeling to you and at the delivery you can be with us to watch it all.

What’s included in our VIP delivery service?

- Personal delivery by the Owner of Doro who can assure delivery of happiness
- Updates during the delivery day of the delivery actions (1 hour notice before delivery, 10 minutes notice before delivery, notice of delivery succeeded)
= Streaming on skype, whatsapp, viber, etc. when delivery will take place, so you can see the surprising face of the recipient and have a chance to congratulate him/her in person.
- If streaming is not possible you can send us a video of your birthday wishes which we will show to the recipient before receiving the present.
- Adding of extra balloons with a basket order to make it even more special.
- Delivery to any city or village in Cyprus

Only the products with the VIP icon and VIP delivery tab on the product page are valid for VIP delivery - Doro.cy cannot guarantee that streaming can take place. We don’t offer a money back guarantee in case the recipient doesn’t want to participate in the streaming or video activity.
